Chen-Yuan (Peter) Chen at one point received 43 retractions. Chen once worked at ETH Zurich, a university in Switzerland, and has had many of his studies retracted due to fake peer reviews, issues regarding third party involvement, conflicts of interest, investigations by journals/publishers, misconduct by authors, concerns about references/attributions, and investigations by companies/universities. “A novel NXT control method for implementing force sensing and recycling in a training robot,” “A pipelined multiprocessor system-on-a-chip (SoC) design methodology for streaming signal processing,” and “A two-step approach for broadband digital signal processing technique” were all retracted. Many of his retracted papers are in computer science, engineering, mathematics, and medicine.
